CASHIERS LAKE

Cashiers Lake is a new village comprising a mix of purposefully designed areas for markets, services, leisure, and living spaces. Given it's strategic location within walking or golf cart distance to the Cashiers NC crossroads, this new 'village' will be in high demand.

Nestled amidst the awe-inspiring panoramas and serene, enigmatic woodlands, Cashiers Lake embodies the unburdened, harmonious, nature-embracing way of life that characterizes the Blue Ridge Mountains. It also serves as a perfect representation of Daniel Communities' collaboration with private family landowners, as they work together to establish lasting communities that will endure for generations to come.

Note: This project sits outside the boundaries of the Cashiers regulatory agencies and is moving forward.

Cashiers Lake remained under private ownership for an extended period, with minimal development taking place. The lake is intricately connected to the headwaters of the Chattooga River, necessitating meticulous care. The upcoming transformation of Cashiers Lake will give rise to an inviting village, featuring thoughtfully crafted spaces dedicated to markets, amenities, leisurely living, and residential neighborhoods.

Daniel Communities' other Cashiers NC project is High Hampton Inn. High Hampton reopened in April of 2021 after extensive renovations and additions.

Oringally built in the late 1800s,
